Meet the Founder

Hey, I’m Taylor.

I’m Taylor, a student at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. I’m studying Human Capital Management and Leadership with a co-major in Entrepreneurship.

Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, grilling, and smoking meats. I like trying a different rub or sauce, making a few adjustments, and figuring out what works. That interest is what led me to start Batch & Table.

Pickles came first. From there, the idea grew into dry mixes for rubs, sauces, dips, and sides that you can mix and match. I want to make trying a new flavor straightforward, without needing a long shopping list or a cabinet full of ingredients you might only use once.

I’m building the business while I’m in college and putting what I’m learning into practice. There’s still plenty to work through, but the goal is simple: useful kits, good flavor, and more reasons to enjoy cooking at home.

Thanks for being here,Taylor, Founder
